PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP PEMULIHAN SISTEM PERKEMIHAN PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI AFF DJ STENT DENGAN SPINAL ANASTESI

Gangguan sistem perkemihan pada pasien dengan aff DJ Stent, umumnya terjadi setelah pembedahan dengan anestesi spinal, kejadiannya antara 50%-70%. Akibat anestesi spinal, klien tidak mampu merasakan kebutuhan untuk berkemih, penanganan salah satunya adalah dengan mobilisasi dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobilisasi dini terhadap pemulihan sistem perkemihan pada pasien post operasi Aff DJ Stent dengan spinal anastesi di Ruang Bedah RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre-post test. Populasi adalah pasien post operasi Aff DJ Stent dengan spinal anastesi. Sample didapatkan 22 responden dengan metode pengambilan sample yaitu accidental sampling. Pemulihan sistem perkemihan diukur menggunakan lembar observasi. Tindakan mobilisasi dini dilaksanakan 6 jam setelah dilakukan Aff DJ Stent. Gerakan adduksi dan abduksi pada kaki dan tangan selama 5-10 menit hingga miring kanan kiri , posisi duduk dan berdiri hingga berjalan selama 10-30 menit. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon signed rank test dengan αlpa < 0,05. Sebelum dilakukan mobilisasi dini didapatkan 22 responden (100%) belum mengalami pemulihan sistem perkemihan, setelah dilakukan mobilisasi dini sebanyak 17 (77,3%) responden mengalami pemulihan sistem perkemihan dan 5 (22,7%) responden belum mengalami pemulihan sistem perkemihan. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value=0,000 (p value < α=0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh mobilisasi dini terhadap pemulihan sistem perkemihan pada pasien post operasi Aff DJ Stent dengan spinal anastesi. Dari hasil penelitian disarankan kepada rumah sakit dan perawat agar menjadikan mobilisasi dini sebagai terapi untuk pemulihan sistem perkemihan pasca pembedahan terutama dengan spinal anastesi.
