PENGARUH HUBUNGAN GIZI MAKANAN DENGAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PERINEUM PADA IBU NIFAS (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Perineal injury is a condition when there is a tear in the birth canal. Perineal rupture can occur due to spontaneous rupture or episiotomy. The perineal wound healing process is influenced by many factors, especially the mother's active behavior in dealing with health problems. Existing active behaviors such as good personal hygiene behavior, setting a good diet, mobilizing and maintaining the mother's condition. One of the cultures during the puerperium which is still practiced in Indonesia is abstinence from food, where postpartum mothers are prohibited from eating eggs, meat, shrimp, marine fish, catfish, fruits and oily foods because they are considered to hinder the healing process of perineal wounds. There are 3 criteria for perineal wound healing, namely: good, moderate and bad. Objective: This literature review aims to find variables to be studied from various theories with problems to be studied as reference material in the discussion of research results. Method : By searching for written sources such as research methodology books, national journals and international journals that are relevant to the problem being studied. Results: Based on literature sources, there are 4 journals that have a significant relationship between diet and healing of perineal wounds in postpartum women where diet is the main factor in healing perineal wounds experienced by postpartum women and 1 journal that has no relationship between diet and healing. perineal wound in postpartum women.
